LIP Antifriction Coatings PEOX DF (Gel), 30ml Wipa Pen

A water based, antifriction gel that has different characteristics when applied to different types of surfaces. Although it resembles a grease it dries to form a long lasting film and has excellent anti-squeak properties. The handy pen applicator makes it easy to apply PEOX DF in small amounts and to thin edges.
When applied to a hard surface such as ABS plastic the PEOX DF stays active like a thin film of grease. The PEOX DF Gel has excellent adhesion properties, dries clear in thin layers, will not migrate and is efficient even in high pressure applications e.g. between two plastic parts. When applied in thin layers to soft surfaces such as leather or vinyl, the white gel dries translucent and forms a highly elastic coating that stretches with the material.

HOW TO USE: Wipe on product using pen applicator to chosen surface. Allow products to dry, even thin films are effective. Drying time varies according to temperature and humidity but can be speeded up using warm air. Parts can be mounted while PEOX is still soft although the product is not at full performance until completely dry.

It should be noted that PEOX Gel is a water based product and so should not be applied to unlacquered/untreated metal. The water content in the product will cause the metal surface to rust. Most metalic surfaces on a vehicle are lacquered.
